Day 1: Your adventure begins early at 6:30 a.m. as we collect you from your hotel and set off towards the enchanting coastal city of Bertioga. Nestled a 1.5-hour drive from the bustling metropolis of São Paulo, Bertioga awaits with its diverse and captivating trails amidst the Atlantic Forest - a lush, preserved natural sanctuary.
Descending from São Paulo's altitude of 760 meters, our journey traverses through a stunning mountain range that forms a dramatic backdrop to the south and southeast coast of Brazil. Marvel at the spectacular valleys from the comfort of our vehicle as we make our approach.
Upon arrival in Bertioga, a selection of trails beckon, depending on the day’s conditions. You might explore the Tower 47 Trail, close to the urban heart yet a gateway to significant natural and historical sites including the famed Banana Bridge and the towering presence of transmission tower 47, a haven for outdoor activities like rappelling and birdwatching.
